In my opinion, I see myself more of a background type of person, because I don’t really like being the center of the attention and having to lead the way first and others following you or your decisions. I really enjoy being the background person, because it’s a way of expressing your ideas and thoughts to others. Also you get to help individuals around and be a forefront person that way. What I really enjoy is helping others when in problem or wanting solution. When I work with a group of people, I usually just share my ideas and thoughts, and then we use some of those ideas in our projects. In roles that I’m put as the spotlight, I would usually try my best, and get the work done on time with the best of my ability. In this role, I would perform very responsible, because there are others who are looking forward for this, and there are others who expect you to be as best as you can. I am better off being a background person, because I work better on taking small roles, but work very hard in order to help out the team.
No, I don’t get work done easily if I were put under pressure, because I usually lose my focus and start to panic, which is the number one thing I don’t like. This question also relates to the environment around you, so the environment for me would change to something fast and panic. I usually forget something’s if I were put under pressure, because your mind starts to go forward and you start to stress and forget really fast. In my opinion, Individuals like me who need help in focusing when under pressure could take an advantage of staying calm, learning to relax your mind, and not be nervous.
The way I use creative thinking to get a job done is to always look for many possible answers rather than one answer; this will also help you decide on future events. In my opinion, experimenting is very important for a creative thinker, because you learn from what has not worked as well as what did. Creative thinking skills are those allowing themselves to express their self-confidence and attitude. Creative thinking skills are more structured and predictable. For analytical skills using your logic is the best way to help you get a job done. For analytical skills, you should always listen to either side of an argument or an opinion to help decide the final.

As a friend I’m mostly a forefront type of person, because I usually help my friends out in finding answers, giving ideas, and thoughts. I am mostly an analytic thinker, because working in a group I usually look in to both sides of an opinion and help my group decide that way. As a person I am maybe in between both (background and forefront), because I love helping individuals by providing my ideas and thoughts to others, but at the same time I like presenting my ideas along with my group.
