This act starts off with Romeo having a bad dream about Juliet finding him died. This dream got Romeo very disturbed. Romeo's servant, Balthasar came from Mantua from Verona to tell Romeo that Juliet has died. Romeo, who is deeply in love with Juliet, immediately goes to Verona to meet his lady Juliet with his own two eyes. Romeo, before going to see Juliet he goes to a house of a poverty men asking him for poison. 

On the other hand, Friar Johns tell Friar Laurence that his letter to Romeo didn't get sent. Friar Laurence comes up with an excuse that he wasn't able to get out of the house that's why. Soon enough, Friar Laurence panics knowing that his plan is  totally destroyed, so he get a crowbar to help Juliet get out. from the grave.  

Romeo and his servant Balthsar finally get to Verona where Juliet's tomb is located. Paris acting like a bodyguard does't allow anyone to rob the vault.  Paris sees Romeo and attacks him instantly, but gets killed during the scene, soon the watchmen's find out.   

Romeo walks inside oping up the tomb, and sees Juliet he sits next to her holding the poison in his hand. Romeo puts the poison in a cup and drinks it while kissing Juliet and dies. Friar Laurence soon discovers that Romeo had killed Paris. 

When Romeo dies Juliet awakens and sees Romeo died beside her with a cup of poison. She then decides to kiss Romeo's poisonous lips hoping that she too will die with him. Friar Laurence gets there asking Juliet to come out, but she refuses and kills herself with Romeo's dagger. 

At this point the watchmen, Prince, Capulet, and Montague arrives in the scene. Since Friar Laurence was the one who started their love story, he then began to explain the whole entire story as he knows it. Romeo's servant Balthasar gives the letter for the Prince to prove the case further on. After, the Montague and the Capulet makes promises. The Montague promises that he will create a beautiful  golden statue of Juliet for all the people in Verona to see, the Capulet promises the same to create one for their  deer Romeo, so they become friends and the play ends with Prince saying the few last words which is, "For never was a story of more woe / then this of Juliet and her Romeo."This meaning that never has there been a sadder story told  then Romeo and Juliet's story.
